I was determined to complete a 10K run before the training even started today, and I’m glad to say that I’ve made it! The average pace matched my lowest record, but I can work on that later, finishing the entire course without resting is all I ask for at this stage.
This is definitely a big boost in self-confidence entering the actual run this Sunday.








Finally started training for my 10k-run today, ran 5 km in a bit over half-an-hour, felt good. The real run will be on Nov. 20th, I have about 3 weeks to train up myself.
