10K Run

Ran another 10k tonight, my 3rd time since last week.  I recall that my legs were tired for close to a week after my 10K run last year, but now I seem to be able to recover in just 2-3 days.  It’s good to see improvements.

I can now seem to consistently finish a 10k run, however, I can’t seem to get below the 60 minutes mark.
