Met up with a UW classmate last Sunday at my studio before she flew back to US. Really glad we got to meet and catch up after missing the meetup the week before. Another UW friend was visiting from HK and I was invited to join their group dinner meetup before he flew back two days later. If I counted correctly, they were the 7th and 8th friend visiting Toronto whom I got to meet up with so far this summer, that’s quite a record! And I’m still waiting to meet and catch up with the 9th and 10th friend who are currently visiting town and looking for the right time to meet.

Bumped into a brother at church last Sunday and he finally sent me the photo we took with another brother during a lunch meetup awhile ago. Sometimes I go to meetups and friends would take a group pic to commemorate the occasion that’s becoming more and more rare as we all grow older. Sometimes they would forget to send out the group photo afterwards to everyone in the photo. I find that a little funny.

Happy to be meeting and catching up with friends whenever the opportunity arises, but I’m just not too good in organizing meetups myself.
